Richardson Mensah is the visionary Founder and Director of Richsel Legacy Foundation LBG — a registered non-profit organization dedicated to breaking cycles of poverty and building sustainable futures in Ghana and the United States.

Driven by a deep conviction that every individual deserves dignity and opportunity, Richardson established the foundation to bridge critical gaps in community health, education, and environmental sustainability. Under his leadership, the Foundation has grown from a grassroots initiative in Ghana's Volta Region into an international organization with programs spanning multiple communities.

Richardson continues to champion a holistic approach to development — one that empowers local communities as active participants in building their own legacy.
